Running late?

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”.

Refunds/Exchanges

We do not issue refunds on clinic services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the clinic within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the injector/technician that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. 

 

If you pre-purchase a service and change your mind about it, you can exchange the service to another service/product for the same valued amount. The valued amount can also be transferable to another client. 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Here at Hebe Beauty Bar, we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients are given one grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

If there is more than one incident, your account will be charged 50% of the session Service cost.
